Our Story

ProSecure Logistics & Care Solutions Ltd provides a tailored safe and secure transport service to meet the needs of a variety of service users in the mental health, secure and forensic settings. Our team are carefully selected individuals who are competent and highly qualified within the secure transport industry. We are experienced in the transportation of children and adults within the secure environment. We work with NHS trusts, Integrated Care Boards, Private Hospitals, Local Authorities and Forensic Units to ensure a multi-agency collaborative approach.

PROFESSIONAL

Expert Team

Staff employ a range of techniques to de-escalate situations wherever possible. However, where necessary and proportionate, they can utilise a diverse set of interventions to be able to restrain, control and clinically hold service users to ensure a safe experience for the service user, members of the public and staff. If required, staff can utilise a range of mechanical restraints such as handcuffs and soft-cuffs and clinicians can utilise chemical restraint to safely control high risk individuals.

We are experienced in the transportation of children and adults within the secure environment. We work with NHS trusts, Integrated Care Boards, Private Hospitals, Local Authorities and Forensic Units to ensure a multi-agency collaborative approach.

Our safe and well-equipped cars also come with our first-rate service. For informal transfers, we provide a minimum of three care personnel per patient; for sectioned patients, we give a team of four people, including a driver.

Specialist Secure Services

Robust booking systems, experienced managers and integrated technology allows for the efficient and safe booking of transportation and risk assessment of service users. We work with other Approved Mental Health Professionals and Clinicians to ensure the risks associated with a service user are identified and mitigated against and their needs are met throughout their transportation.

Reliable Operational Technology

We operate a dynamic fleet of vehicles with emergency warning systems. Seating allows space for up to 6 staff plus the service user. These vehicle are specially designed with the detained mental health patient in mind, carrying the necessary restraint and medical equipment, whilst mitigating risk to patient and crew where possible.

Expert Staff Training

Our training incorporates a wide variety of theory and physical exercises teaching both knowledge and skill sets that are essential to the environments we work in and is designed to challenge, prepare and develop individuals for their role. Qualifications include conflict management, physical intervention, control and restraint and mechanical restraint, as well as a host of other compliance-based qualifications. These include qualifications in mental health (including MHA 1983) and Level 3 Safeguarding (including MCA 2005) alongside other NHS required statutory and mandatory qualifications. The training delivered is certified by the Restraint Reduction Network (RRN), meaning our staff align with these ethical training standards that protect human rights and support the elimination of unnecessary restrictive practices.
