What are your business hours?
We are a 24/7 365 day Service. Teams are despatched within the hour regardless of booking time.
Do you provide mixed gender teams?
Our dedicated team of clinical logistic managers are on hand to provide a suitable staff skill mix for each and every journey. We take into account Gender, Current presentation, Section and complete a thorough risk assessment before deciding on the most suitable staff to attend the transfer
Are all the Patients Restrained?
No, ProSecure staff are all trained in De-escalation Management and Intervention. ProSecure follow the line of least restrictive practice. Only a small percentage of patients require physical intervention.
Do you provide a wheelchair service?
No we don’t offer wheelchair service , however we can transfer disabled patients who can mobilise independently. Wheelchair service will be offered in the near future check the space for updates.
